Story

My journey: from people support roles to business growth leadership.

I am Thomas Nyarko Hayford. This page is my biography in simple words, based on my real experience.

Biography

I studied Economics and Geography at the University of Cape Coast. My early career started in HR support, where I learned discipline, communication, and careful documentation. Those years trained me to respect process.

Later, I moved into data verification, software testing, and operations support. These roles gave me practical exposure to quality control, accountability, and daily execution under pressure.

In 2023, I joined Hubtel and focused on retailer and merchant growth. I worked closely with business owners, helped partners improve readiness, and supported stronger adoption of digital channels.

By March 2025, I moved into the Relationship Manager role. My work now centers on business relationships, sales support, and operating consistency. Alongside this path, I founded Iderwell with a simple mission: help businesses grow with clear structure and practical execution.
