From there, I kept building practical experience across operations, support, and relationship work. In 2023, I moved into Hubtel's growth environment and started delivering in merchant-focused roles.
By March 2025, I stepped into the Relationship Manager role. Alongside my job path, I kept growing my learning base and continued developing Iderwell as a founder.
The main lesson from this timeline is simple. Stay visible, stay useful, and keep improving your execution quality. Over time, opportunities become clearer.
