From there, I moved into data verification, software testing, and operations support. These roles strengthened my attention to detail, process thinking, and ability to work under clear standards.
In 2023, I joined Hubtel as a Retailer Relationship Executive. Daily engagement with merchants taught me how to balance sales targets with service quality. In March 2025, I moved into the Relationship Manager role.
Looking back, this path is not random. HR built people discipline. Verification built accuracy. Operations built ownership. Relationship management combined all three into business growth execution.
